Naveen worked at senior level roles across many organizations over his 18 plus years of experience. He begun his carrier with Price Waterhouse Coopers in Assurance division in India and the UK. Later he moved into mainstream finance with companies like Damac Properties, Drake and Scull, Al Nasr Contracting LLC. In the last 4 years Naveen has focused into Consultancy with Tax and Business Advisory being at the core including VAT Advisory and Corporate Finance. Naveen’s expertise includes providing financial & business leadership, strategic consultation, and guidance, internal audits, implementing cost control measures for improvement in top-line and bottom-line, raising funds with very healthy relations with the banks in UAE and abroad, IPO assistance possessing full knowledge of entire process of IPO, dealing with banks/lawyers/auditors/analysts etc. Naveen is a qualified Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and an ACMA from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.

Praneeth is a Transfer Pricing specialist advising MNE clients on Three-tier Documentation, TP Litigation Support & Representations, Structuring of complex inter-company transactions, Alternate Dispute Resolution (APA, MAP and SHR), BEPS Advisory and Valuations for arm’s length determination for TP purposes. Praneeth has handled vast clientele engaged in manufacturing, distribution and services activities across a wide spectrum of industries like Technology, Pharma & Healthcare, Industrial, Financial Services and Consumer. Praneeth was previously associated with a Big 4 firm in Transfer Pricing & International Taxation domain. Praneeth is a Chartered Accountant (CA) by profession along with an accompanying arsenal of being a Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) – all levels cleared, Certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) and a Commerce Graduate (B.Com). Praneeth is an All-India Rank Holder in CMA Inter and CMA Final examinations. Rishabh is an accomplished Chartered Accountant, who achieved an All India Rank of 50 in his CA Final exams in 2019. He has polished his talents in Direct taxes, International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, and FEMA, and he has honed his skills through both professional experience and education. In 2022, he earned his master’s in law (LL.M) degree in International Taxation from the prestigious Vienna University of Economics and Business. In recognition of his knowledge and contributions, he was appointed as a co-opted member of the International Tax Committee of the NIRC of the ICAI for the year 2021-22. Further, he has aced the challenging exam for The Post Qualification Diploma in International Taxation by the ICAI with flying colours, consistently scoring among the top performers. In addition, his knowledge is evident in his writings, as he has contributed to several pieces published in highly regarded journals specialising in international taxes. Also, he has authored a chapter entitled "Ability-to-pay principle and Justice" in the book ‘Justice, Equality and Tax Law’ published by Linde Verlag (Germany). He also frequently gives lectures on international taxation and transfer pricing at conferences and other events. Rishabh provides expert advisory services in the areas of Transfer Pricing and International Tax issues.

He is a Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)(FCA), Associate member of International Financial Accountant, (IFA) United Kingdom (AFA-UK) and Member -Institute of Public Accountant, Australia (MIPA). Jayessh has extensive expertise in working with international clients with multiple locations as well as serving listed and non-listed global clients. He has been involved in several IFRS audits and various other assurance service assignments. He is also responsible for implementing technical, ethical, and professional standards across the firm. He brings extensive knowledge of various industry sectors.

Rajesh has over 5 years of experience in the Indian Tax & Regulatory arena. He has focused experience in Indian Income-tax litigation and compliance, including International Tax, Withholding Tax, FEMA, and FDI-related advisory. His other experience areas include Due Diligence, Statutory and Tax Audits. Rajesh has assisted clientele across various sectors, especially in Manufacturing, Technology and Pharma Industries. Rajesh was earlier associated with Big4 and has assisted various MNCs on complex litigation and advisory matters viz., PE determination for foreign companies in India, Royalty, FTS, and other diverse issues arising from DTAA. During his stint in Big4, he has been recognized for being intellectually stimulating and entrepreneurial. Rajesh is a Chartered Accountant and holds Certification in Transformational Leadership. His other areas of interest include Stock, Crypto, and Money markets research & analysis. In addition, he is fond of teaching and writing articles on Tax and Accounts related topics.
